How it Works

• Your employees take a selfie when they arrive, at check-in time (with phone or laptop) and
• They take a selfie when they leave the workplace (at check-out time).
• The manager confirms the arrival and leave times through these selfies.

The system records the check-in and check-out times through these selfies. After purchasing, you will have the opportunity to invite your employees within the software to sign up and start using it.

Absence Request System

• When your employees request an absence for crucial events such as going to the hospital, attending a funeral or other types of absences, they should do so directly through the System.
• You can approve the absence in the system before the employee's departure, or retroactively when performing the check. The Absence Request System also supports half-day or partial day absence requests.
• You will be notified by email whenever there is a request.

Justification of Absences and Missing Work

• For absences or missing work, the employee has the option of providing the reason that was accepted and approved by the administration, or of uploading a justification.
• You can approve the reason or justification right after it is attached or retroactively when performing the check.
